OVERHUNG LOAD ADAPTORS
Non-SAE Mount Overhung Load Adaptors
4-bolt mounting (non-SAE) with ball bearings for motor and pump shafts up to
1 inch (25.4mm) in diameter.
- For applications with motor or pump shafts up to 1″ (25.4 mm) diameter
- Features deep-grooved ball bearings
- Accepts speeds up to 4400 RPM with proper lubrication
- Non-SAE 4-Bolt (fits LSHT motor) mount
SAE A Mount Overhung Load Adaptors
Model 200 SAE A Mount Overhung Load Adaptors
Applications utilizing SAE “A” 2-bolt mount with ball barings for motor or pump shafts up to 1 inch (25.4 mm) in diameter.
- Features deep-grooved ball bearings
- Accepts speeds up to 4400 RPM with proper lubrication
- Standard pilot depth is 0.125". Deep Pilot (0.250") is available
Model 300 SAE A Mount Overhung Load Adaptors
SAE “A” 2-bolt mount with same mounting dimensions as Model 200, but utilizes larger ball bearings which allow for heavier overhung loads and a larger input bore diameter.
- For medium to heavy-duty applications
- Features deep-grooved ball bearings
- Featuring the sam overall size as the Model 200
- Accepts speeds up to 3550 RPM with proper lubrication
- Standard pilot depth is 0.125". Deep Pilot (0.250") is available
Model 500 SAE A Mount Overhung Load Adaptors
SAE “A” 4-bolt "magneto" mount, which uses tapered-roller bearings. Standard input bores include: 1-1/4″ (31.75 mm) keyed, 1″-6B spline, or 14 tooth 12/24 spline.
- For SAE “A” heavy-duty bearing block applications with 4-bolt mounting
- Features heavy-duty tapered roller bearings
- May be used on 2-bolt mount by tilting 22-1/2 degrees
- Accepts speeds up to 3330 RPM with proper lubrication
SAE B Mount Overhung Load Adaptors
SAE “B” 2- or 4-bolt mount using tapered-roller bearings. Standard input bores include: 7/8″ (22.23 mm), 1″ (25.4 mm), or 1-1/4″ (31.75 mm) keyed; 13 tooth 16/32 spline, or 15 tooth 16/32 spline. Also available with 1″ (25.4 mm) keyed through-bore as a standard.
- For SAE “B” mount motor or pump applications
- Features heavy-duty tapered roller bearings
- Accepts speeds up to 3300 RPM with proper lubrication
SAE C Mount Overhung Load Adaptors
SAE “C” 2- or 4-bolt mount using tapered-roller bearings. Standard input bores include: 7/8″ (22.23 mm),1″ (25.4 mm), or 1-1/4″ (31.75mm) keyed; 14 tooth 12/24 spline. Also available with 1″ keyed through-bore as a standard.
- Model 800 is for SAE “C” mount motor or pump applications
- Model 900 is for SAE “C-C” mount motor or pump applications
- Both models Feature heavy-duty tapered roller bearing
- Model 800 accepts speeds up to 3300 RPM with proper lubrication
- Model 900 accepts speeds up to 2700 RPM with proper lubrication
SAE D Mount Overhung Load Adaptors
SAE “D” mount using large tapered-roller bearings for heavy-duty applications. Standard input bores include: 13 tooth 8/16 spline.
- For SAE “D” mount motor or pump applications

- Accepts speeds up to 3500 RPM with proper lubrication Model 1100
SAE E Mount Overhung Load Adaptors
Both the SAE “E” and SAE “F” mounts have the same physical size; only the pilot diameter and bolt circle are different for motor or pump mounting. The SAE E Mount uses large spherical-roller bearings for heavy-duty applications. Input bores are made to customer specifications up to a 2-1/2″ (63.5 mm) diameter.

- Available in up to 3 1/2″ (88.9 mm) diameter output shaft. Special input and outputs available
- Features heavy-duty, spherical roller bearings
- Accepts speeds up to 2300 RPM with proper lubrication
SAE F Mount Overhung Load Adaptors
The physical size for the SAE “E” and SAE “F” mounts are the same, but the pilot diameter and bolt circle are different for motor or pump mounting. The SAE F Mount uses large spherical-roller bearings for heavy-duty applications. The input bores can be up to a 2-1/2″ (63.5 mm) diameter, depending on customer specifications.
